In the battle between Nader Shah and the Ottoman forces in the city of Kirkuk in Kirkuk castle in the year 1733, commanded by Topal Osman Pasha, Nader Shah's army was defeated due to a military mistake by Almas Khan. Because of this incident, Nader became angry and stripped him of his rank as a commander. (مقطوع النسل.)
