Born in 1970 in Sulaymaniyah.
He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Sulaymaniyah and university in Baghdad.
Graduated from the College of Chemical Engineering, specializing in oil and petrochemicals, University of Technology, Baghdad, 1990-1991.
He is a member of the Kurdistan Union of Engineers as a consultant and a member of the Kurdistan Union of Journalists as a participant.
He has been the editor-in-chief of the journal Engineers since 2002.
He has six books in print, all on political issues.
He has dozens of political, economic, administrative and scientific articles in Kurdistan newspapers, magazines and websites.[1]
