Deniz Cevdet Bülbün

Deniz Cevdet Bülbün
Deniz Cevdet Bülbün ist am 18. September in der Vertretung des Nationalkongress Kurdistan (KNK) in Hewlêr (Erbil) erschossen worden. Der 36-Jährige war der Repräsentant des KNK in Hewlêr. Wie Hunderttausende Kurd:innen aus Bakur, dem Norden Kurdistans auf türkischem Staatsgebiet, hatte er in Başûr (Südkurdistan/Nordirak) Zuflucht vor Unterdrückung und politischer Verfolgung gesucht. In Südkurdistan arbeitete er zur kurdischen Sprache und Geschichte und setzte sich gleichzeitig für eine kurdische Einheit ein. Dass hinter dem tödlichen Anschlag in der KNK-Vertretung am Montag der türkische Geheimdienst und seine Kollaborateure in Südkurdistan stehen, wird in seinem Umfeld nicht angezweifelt.

Wer war Deniz Cevdet Bülbün?
Deniz Cevdet Bülbün kam 1987 im Dorf Dêlezi (tr. Kısıklı) in Colemêrg-Gever (#Hakkari# -Yüksekova) zur Welt und hatte neun Geschwister. Nach seinem Abitur in Gever studierte er in Wan und engagierte sich in der Studierendenvereinigung YÖDER. Neben seinem Studium beschäftigte er sich mit der kurdischen Sprache, Geschichte und Literatur. 2011 wurde er verhaftet und war knapp anderthalb Jahre in Wan im Gefängnis.

Nach seiner Entlassung arbeitete er im Vorstand des Vereins Kurdî-Der in Gever und gab Kurdischunterricht. Zwischen 2014 und 2016 unterrichtete er in der Politikakademie Gever und war Mitglied in dem selbstverwalteten Volksrat der Stadt. Weil nach dem Widerstand für Selbstverwaltung im Jahr 2015 nach ihm gefahndet wurde, ging er 2016 nach Rojava (Westkurdistan/Nordsyrien) und setzte seine Forschungsarbeit zur kurdischen Sprache und Kultur fort. Ende 2019 kam er nach Hewlêr und arbeitete im KNK.

KNK-Repräsentant in Hewlêr
Der KNK wurde 1999 als Zusammenschluss von politischen Parteien und Organisationen aus allen vier Teilen Kurdistans gegründet. Er verfolgt das Ziel, die nationale Einheit der Kurdinnen und Kurden zu stärken und die Zusammenarbeit politischer Parteien zu unterstützen. Gegründet wurde der Verband auf Initiative der kurdischen Befreiungsbewegung. Die Zentrale befindet sich in Brüssel. Deniz Cevdet Bülbün war zuletzt Vertreter des KNK in Hewlêr.

Keine Erklärung der Behörden
Seine Angehörigen sind inzwischen in Hewlêr eingetroffen, um den Leichnam nach Gever zu überführen. Nach wie vor gibt es keine detaillierten Informationen über den Anschlag. Das KNK-Gebäude in Hewlêr wird rund um die Uhr von Sicherheitskräften und dem Geheimdienst der vom Barzanî-Clan dominierten PDK („Demokratische Partei Kurdistan“) observiert. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Überwachungskameras. Die Behörden und die Regierung in Hewlêr haben sich zu dem Anschlag nicht geäußert.[1]
