Besatzungszonen in Afrin
Laut einem Bericht der Investigativplattform Lekolin sind in Abstimmung zwischen der Türkei, Katar und der Hamas Tausende Palästinenser:innen in der türkischen Besatzungszone in Nordsyrien angesiedelt worden.
Die Türkei siedelt in großem Ausmaß Menschen in ihren Besatzungszonen im Norden Syriens an. Die gezielte Veränderung der Bevölkerungsstruktur ist Teil ihrer langfristigen Besatzungsstrategie. Im 2018 besetzten #Efrîn# und in der Region zwischen Gire Spî (Tall Abyad) und Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ain), die 2019 besetzt wurde, ist die kurdische Bevölkerung in weiten Teilen vertrieben worden. In den Häusern der ursprünglichen Besitzer:innen und in Siedlungen, die von „Stiftungen“ aus der Türkei, Katar und anderen Ländern errichtet wurden, sind Zehntausende Angehörige dschihadistischer Milizen aus Syrien, die für den türkischen Staat als Söldnertruppen fungieren, sowie aus der Türkei deportierte syrische Bürgerkriegsflüchtlinge untergebracht worden.

Wie die Nachrichten-Website Lekolin.org berichtet, sind seit dem 20. Oktober Tausende Hamas-Anhänger:innen aus dem Gazastreifen über Kilis und Dîlok (tr. Antep) auf türkischem Staatsgebiet nach#Efrîn# , al-Bab und Dscharablus in Nordsyrien gebracht worden.

Abkommen zwischen Türkei, Katar und Hamas
Laut dem Bericht sollen gemäß einer geheimen Vereinbarung zwischen dem türkischen Staat, Katar und der Hamas 250.000 Menschen aus dem Gazastreifen nach Nordkurdistan, in die besetzten Gebiete in Nordsyrien sowie in den von der Türkei kontrollierten Teil Zyperns umgesiedelt werden.

Aus dem Bericht, der sich auf eigene Recherchen stützt, gehen folgende Informationen hervor:
In einem unter der Aufsicht des türkischen Geheimdienstes MIT errichteten Lager für Hamas-Anhänger:innen im Dorf Celemê in Efrîn-Cindirês wurden mehr als 4000 Zelte und Häuser aufgestellt. Das Lager, das sich noch im Bau befindet, besteht aus drei Abschnitten und wird von der Bandenorganisation Faylaq al-Sham verwaltet, die dem MIT untersteht.

Am 17. November wurden mehr als 75 Familien aus Idlib und Nord-Aleppo, darunter viele Hamas-Familien, in ein Lager im Dorf Çeqela in Efrîn-Şiyê-Bezirk von Efrîn gebracht, das unter der Kontrolle der Gruppe Al-Amshat steht. Die Hamas-Familien wurden in Zelten wurden untergebracht.

Am 19. Oktober, zu Beginn des Krieges zwischen Hamas und Israel, brachten die Türkei, Kuwait, Katar und die Muslimbruderschaft in Abstimmung mit der Hamas Dutzende von Familien aus dem Gazastreifen in den Bezirk Cinderês in Efrîn. 75 Hamas-Familien wurden in Begleitung von türkischen Panzerfahrzeugen in das Lager Der Belut in Cinderês transportiert. In dem Lager wurden 150 weitere Zelte aufgestellt.

Ende November wurden auf die gleiche Weise Zelte in al-Bab aufgebaut und mehr als 150 Hamas-Familien dort untergebracht.
Finanziert werden die Lager laut dem Bericht von Katar, Kuwait, dem Verein „Weiße Hände“ der Muslimbruderschaft, einem weiteren Verein, der mit der türkischen Stiftung für humanitäre Hilfe (IHH) zusammenarbeitet und den Direktiven des MIT folgt, und der Vereinigung Al Aish al Kerama (Honourable Living Association), die scheinbar palästinensischen Ursprungs ist, aber vom Mossad in Israel geleitet wird.[1]
