Qazîzade di vê nameyê de perdeyê li ser çend mijaran radike, destpêkê hemberkirinekê di navbera du #neteweyên Kurd# û Ermen de dike, behsa cûdahiya hejmara xelkê Kurd û Ermenî dike û rewşa perwerde û dibistanan şirove dike.
Kurdshop – Qazîzade di vê nameyê de perdeyê li ser çend mijaran radike, destpêkê hemberkirinekê di navbera du #neteweyên Kurd# û Ermen de dike, behsa cûdahiya hejmara xelkê Kurd û Ermenî dike û rewşa perwerde û dibistanan şirove dike.
Behsa wê yekê dike ku hejmara Kurdan çend qat ji ya wan zêdetir e lê zarokên wan ji xwendina bi zimanê xwe yê dayîkê û tevî zimanên din bê par in. ya ku balkêşe ew e ku ew xewna Qazîzade piştî nêzî 110 salan hê jî nebûye rastî û xelkê Sablaxê ku ew behsa wan dike û Rojhilatê Kurdistanê bi giştî ji wî mafê bêpar mane.
Qazîzade tekeziyê li ser hewla Ermeniyan dike ji bo rêkxistin û avakirina dibistanan û xwendina bi zimanê dayîkê û li gor amara wê demê, 80 hezar xwendekarên Ermen bi zimanê Ermenî xwendine. Li gorî gotina Qazîzade eger wê demê hejmara Kurdan heşt caran ji ya Ermeniyan zêdetir be, pêwîst bû ku 640 hezar xwendekarên Kurd li dibistanê bi zimanê xwe bixwînin, eger ew xewna wî biba rastî, niha rewşa Kurdan û#Zimanê Kurdî# di asteke din de bû.
Sedema bidest nehatina vê xewnê eger li aliyekê neyarên Kurdan bin, lê sedemên navxweyî jî hene ku Dr. Şewqî weha behsa wan sedemên Navxweyî dike.
Çima? ji ber ku em bê kes in, mela û mezinên me ji ber sedemên xwe yên kesî û berjewendiyên xwe bidestxistina zanistê bi heramî dizanin
Li aliyekê bêkesiya Kurdan li vê cîhanê bi sedema wî karî dizane, ango piştevaniya derve û navdewletî û navçeyê bo Kurdan nine, lê Ermenî ji ber ol û mezhebê wan têne piştevanîkirin, li aliyê din hin mela û mezin hene ku weke Qazîzade dibêje, ne di berjewendiya wan de ye ku xwendin û fêrbûn hebe.
Xuya ye ku çima mela li dijî xwendina serdemê bûne, ev xwediyê gotarekê bûn, tevî ku çavkaniya wan a olî û zanistî bû, çavkaniya wan a maddî jî bû, derketina her cure hevrikiyekî dikarî bibe sedema lawazbûna gotara wan a zanistî û çavkaniya darayî.
Herweha mela pêkhateyeke xwedî mekanet û pêgeh bûn di nava civakê de. Eger, zanayên nû û hemdemî rabiban wê demê dê pêgeha wan lawaz kiriba. Ji ber wê melayan hem bi nivîskî û hem bi devokê hewil dane rê li ber fêrbûna zanista nû bigrin ku Dr. Şewqî jê re dibêje Mearîf û melayan ew zanist weke zanista Ehrîmen dane zanîn û astengekî mezin bûne li pêşiya pêşxistina zanista nû û dibistanan.
Lê dema ku Dr. Qazîzade behsa mezinên me dike, tu bêjî mebesta wî kî be? Em dikarin axayan weke mînak bînin ku kesê herî bihêz ê sîstema desthilatdariyê ya civakê bûn û herweha dibe ku mebesta wî kesên dewlemendên bajar bin.
Nivîskar di dawiyê de bi zelalî dibêje ku mebesta wî serok û axayên Kurdan e, kesên ku bandora wan heye di sîstema axa û desthilatê de berjewendiyên wan dihate parastin. Ev nivîs dixwaze bêje ku hizra xwandevan û zana be pîvanên wan qebûl nake û ew dizanin ku hizra nezan bo wan baş e û her karekî bixwazin bo wan dike
Li vir nivîskar dibêje ku ew hizir û têgeha axayan jî şaş e, hizra zana wê baştir çandiniyê bike û berhemê wî yê çandiniyê wê baştir be, ji ber ku dê pareke zêdetir ji berhem werbigre û axa jî dê bêhtir sûdê bibîne, ji ber ku kesê xwendevan û zana dê baştir serederiyê li gel zevî û çandiniyê bike.
Mijareke din a wê nivîsê ew e ku nivîskar dixwaze kesên dewlemend han bide ku piştevaniya vê hizrê bikin û wê qebûl bikin û pêşbixin. Her ji ber wê tevî ku rexneyan dike riyên çareseriyê jî nîşan dide û dixwaze tirsa di dilê wan de heye nehêle.
Dema ku dibêje ji navê Dibistanê netirsin ji ber ku ti cudahiyek di navbera dibistan û medreseyên berê de nine, lê ew bixwe dizane ku cudahiya bingehîn a wan du sîsteman heye, lê ji bona ku ev pêkhateya civakê netirsîne û neveciniqe û dij dernekeve neçare ku bi wî zimanî baxive.
Çareseriya ku pêşkêş dike ev e ku zarokên dewlemendên bajar, dersên cuda ên weke, ziman, hisab, ticaret, cografiya, Dîrok û htd .. fêrbin û bixwe karê xwe bikin. Ew dibêje bila her dewlemendek li gor pereyê wê demê 10 tumenan bide ku bo pereyê mamosta û avahiya dibistanê û xercên wê bên bikaranîn.
Herweha xaleke din a giring jî di vê nivîsê de ev e ku Dr. Qazîzade dizane ku di nava guhertinên nû de dê beşeke karûbarên Îranê bi riya parlementoyê bêne cihbicîh kirin, ji ber vê berê xwe dide axayên wê serdemê û dibêje, di nava parlementoyê de bo gotûbêj kirin li gel welatên din û herweha ji bo ku zulm li Kurdan neyê kirin divê hin kes hebin ku nûnertiya Kurdan bikin.
Divê kesên nûnertiya Kurdan dikin hişyar bin û ew kesane jî di nava dibistanan de perwerde bibin û bi rêya sîstema kevin nayên perwerde kirin. Bi giştî pêşniyar û rexne û amadekariyên xwendina bi sîstema nû, naveroka vê nivîsa Dr. Mistefa Şewqî Qazîzade bûn, ku giringiyeke taybet di dîroka perwerdeya Kurd da heye.
