محمد فرامرزی (هژیر فرامرزی)، 28 ساله اهل شهر دهگلان (دیولان)، عضو حزب کومله کردستان ایران، در تاریخ #23-07-2022#، به همراه سه دوست خود بە نام های (#محسن مظلوم#، #پژمان فاتحی#، #وفا آذربار#)، که انها هم عضو آن حزب بودن در روستای (ینگجه) از توابع منطقه صومای برادوست واقع در استان #ارومیه#، توسط نهادهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بازداشت شدند. رسانه‌های حکومت ایران، با انتشار گزارشی مدعی شدند که این چهار زندانی سیاسی کرد که از اعضای حزب کومله می‌باشند را به صورت مسلح و در حین تلاش برای انفجار در تاسیسات صنعتی اصفهان بازداشت کرده‌اند.

در تاریخ #18-09-2023# توسط شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی (ایمان افشاری) از بابت (افساد فی الارض) از طریق همکاری و جاسوسی برای اسرائیل به اعدام محکوم شده و حکم مذکور اخیراً توسط شعبه 09 دیوان عالی ایران به ریاست قاضی (قاسم مزینانی) در سکوت کامل خبری عیناً تایید گردید.
قابل ذکر است محمد فرامرزی و دوستانش، در ایام بازداشت به شدت مورد شکنجه قرار گرفته و ناچار به اعتراف اجباری علیه خود در مقابل دوربین شده بودند که بعدها اعترافات اجباری آنها در رسانه‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران منتشر شدند.
محمد فرامرزی، پس از 18 ماه برای اولین بار در زندان (اوین) با خانواده‌ خود دیدار و آخرین ملاقات را با آنها انجام داد. غروب همان روز جهت اجرای حکم اعدام و در میان تدابیر شدید امنیتی از زندان اوین تهران به زندان قزلحصار کرج منتقل شد.
ساعت پنج بامداد روز 29-01-2024 محمد فرامرزی به همراه دوستانش در زندان قزلحصار کرج اعدام شدند. [1] [2]
