Xanzada Soran; Ew jina ku fermanrewayiya beşek ji Kurdistanê dikir

Xanzada Soran; Ew jina ku fermanrewayiya beşek ji Kurdistanê dikir
Xanzada Soran; Ew jina ku fermanrewayiya beşek ji Kurdistanê dikir
Dîmen Rojhilat

Eger em li dîroka gelê Kurd binêrin, em gelek kesayetên nîştimanperwer dibînin ku ji bo azadî û #serxwebûn# a Kurdistanê jiyana xwe gorî kirine, ku yek ji wan jî mîra mîrnişîniya Soran a bi navê “Xanzadeya Soran” bûye ku fermanrewayiya mîrnişîniya Soran kiriye.
Ew mîrnişîniya Kurdan di sala 1399an a Zayînî de ji aliyê “Mîr Kelos Beg” ve hatiye avakirin, ku ji malbata Selahedînê Eyûbî bûye û koka wê mîrnişîniyê bo wê malbatê vedigere. Ew mîrnişîne ji ber rewşa leşkerî xwediyê gelek paytextan bûye, lê paytexta wê ya dawî Rewandiz bûye.
Girîngtirîn karên vê mîrnişînmê ev in:
1- Damezrandina lîjneyek bo birêvebirina karên leşkerî.
2- Danîna yasaya medenî.
3- Pêkanîna lîjneyek bo çêkirina keleh, pir û dîwar, herwisa lîjneyek bo birêvebirina karê bazirganî.
4- Ew mîrnişîne pereyê taybet bi xwe hebû û di hemû warekê de wek dewletek serbixwe bû.
5- Girîngî dida bi aliyê leşkerî, hêza bejayî, çek û teqemenî û barûtê.
6- Herwisa çendîn yasa derkir ji bo rêgirtin ji tawankariyên wek dizî, talankirin û sepandina siza li dijî van tawanan.
Di heyama fermanrewayiya mîrnişîniya Soran de, 24 mîran fermanrewayî kirine, ku yek ji wan Mîr Xanzadeya Soran bû.
Navê wê yê tevaw “Xanzada keça Şaqulî Begê Silêman Begê Mîr Seyîd Beg” e û xwişka Mîr Ehmed bûye ku beriya wê ku Mîr Xanzad fermanrewayiya Soran bike, Mîr Ehmedê birayê wê fermanrewayê wê mîrnişînê bûye. Piştî wê ku Mîr Ehmed ê birayê Mîr Xanzad li Bexdayê ji aliyê çekdarekî bi navê “Leşkerî” ve hate jehrîkirin, xwîşka Mîr Ehmed a bi navê Xanzadê dest danî ser desthilatê û sund xwar ku dilsozê axa xwe be û bi dadwerî fermanrewayiya mîrnişînê bike.
Keleha Xanzad- Şûna hikimraniya Xanzada Soran
Mîr Xanzad bi hinceta xwazbîniya bo Leşkerî ku birayê wî kuştibû, çûye Şengalê û li wir jî Leşkerî û hemû mirovên wî kuşt û bi vî rengî heyfa birayê xwe hilda. Mîr Xanzad jineke biwêr û netirs bû ku hertim hewl dida aştî û aramiyê bîne nav mîrnişîniya xwe û xizmeteke mezin bo mîrnişîniya xwe kir. Wê di sala 1597an de gelek keleh, mizgeft, dibistan û hwd ava kirin û gelek geşe da bi avedaniyê û mîrnişîniya xwe ber bi pêş ve bir.
Xanzade, jineke jêhatî û zîrek bû ku karî di wê serdemê de desthilatê bi dest bîne ku ti jineke din di dîroka navçeyê de ev kare nekiribû. Xanzada Mîr pêşengê redkirina vê hizrê bû ku wisa dizanîn jin nikare serkirdayetiya welat bike û welat biparêze. Wê selmand ku jin çawa dikare erkê xwe bi rê ve bibe û rûbirûyê tev pîlan û davên dijminan bibe.
Wê jina zîrek ji bilî birêvebirina welat û hewla pêşxistina aboriyê, di heman demê de hewl da ku sînorê desthilata xwe berfireh bike û karî çend navçeyên mezin ji destê Osmanî û Sefewiyan rizgar bike û bixe bin desthilata mîrnişîniya Soran.
Di dîroka Kurd de Xanzada Soran take jina biwêr û hilkeftiya Kurd nebûye, belkî çendîn kesayetiyên din ên nîştimanperwer û dilsoz bo ax û welat hilkeftine û Xanzada Soran yek ji mînakên bedew ên dîroka gelê Kurd e ku hemû demê pê ve şanaziyê dikin ku çendîn sedsal beriya niha bi awayekî jixwedesrbasbûyî û bi bê guhdan bi ti pirensîbek olî, xwe da ber berpirsiyariya mezin a serkirdayetiya wê mîrnişînê û eva jî di demekê de bû ku wê demê û heta qasekî niha jî, belkî ew kesayetiye rûbirûyê dilê kevneperstan bibe. Lê Mîr Xanzad sedan sal beriya niha ji ber bawerbixwebûn û hestkirin bi berpirsayetî li beranberî axa xwe, çûye meydanê û roleke girîng li her yek di warên siyasî, civakî, aborî û nîştimanperwerî de lîstiye û navê wê çûye nav dîroka serbilinî û pir ji serweriya gelê Kurd.
