Hishmat Mansouri was Poet, satirist, painter and sculptor of the Ilam area who passed away when he was at the age of 84. Master Hishmat has written several literary works such as Bayan Daasoo, Dalil and Dulbar, which contain all the poems and articles that the late Hishmat Mansouri has produced and written in the Kalhori dialect. Master Hishmat's Kurdish Masnawi in regards to Social, Romantic and critical circles of poetry, it has been a light like a torch in Kurdish poetry and literature and a beacon for young poets in #Ilam#. Dilbar is a literary masterpiece of Master Hishmat. Mansour is the heir to love and romance in the Kurdish literature of the Ilam region. He is the greatest and most famous poet of Ilam who on July 2 in Ilam under the title of Dalil reached his love. On the anniversary of the Halabja chemical attack, Master Dalil expressed his condolences to the victims of the Anfal and the catastrophe and wrote a poem for this purpose.
The history and literature of Ilam and Kurdistan in general will keep the name and memory of this Kurdish poet high and it will be respected. Master Dalil from the year 1338 of AH in solar calendar to 1373 (1959 to 1994), he was a teacher and taught to the students in the cities and villages of the Ilam province.
Master Hishmat's satirical poems such as the story “Mosh and Kshi” (Mosh and Kashwar) are a definition of Ilam Kurdish proverbs and metaphors.[1]
