Dulber Abdullah Karim was born on 14-07-1958 in Malkandi neighborhood of Sulaimani. She completed her primary education in Malkandi school and secondary education in Ashti Girls Secondary School. In 1980-1981, she graduated from the College of Management, Economics and Accounting of Sulaimani University with third place. Her first employmenr was as an asssistant lecturer at University of Sulaimani, that year, Sulaimani University was transferred to Erbil, but could not continue due to political activities and not being a Ba'athist.
In 1982, she was transferred to the Ministry of Education and taught at Sulaimani Commercial High School.
In 1983, she became the assistant principal of Sulaimani Commercial High School for Girls until 1991.
In 1984, she married Sheikh Hassan and they have three children named Ara, Shara and Shanga.
In 1991, she became the director of Saywani Girls Commercial High School. In 2002, she became the director of Sulaimani Industrial High School for Girls.
She has participated in all congresses, conferences and workshops of education. In 2007-2008, she opened the department of design and sewing. There is only one department like this in the region and it is in Sulaimani Industrial High School for Girls.
In 2012-2013, she opened a computer repair department in Sulaimani Industrial High School for Girls. For three years, Sulaimani Industrial High School for Girls received exemplary status. It was the only industrial high school in the region to receive exemplary status.
Together with 11 directors, general directors and directors of education in Sulaimani, he was a committee to follow up the problems of education to collect information and shortcomings of schools.
She has participated in courses of the Ministry of Education and Sulaimani General Directorate of Education 22 times.
In 2003, she visited Iran as a member of a delegation of the Ministry of Education to get acquainted with the country's education system.
In 2008, she visited South Korea as a member of the Ministry of Education delegation to participate in a school administration course and get acquainted with the education system of that country.
In 2014, she visited Turkey as a member of a delegation of the Ministry of Education to get acquainted with the education system of that country.
During her service, she has been honored and thanked 87 times by the Ministry of Education, Sulaimani General Directorate of Education and Western Sulaimani Education Directorate.
She retired on#14-07-2021# and is currently a member of the Internal Peace Movement.[1]
