Srwa Osman Qadir the designer and artist was born in 1989 in Nasr community of #Sulaimani# province. She completed all her primary, secondary and high school education in Sulaimani and in 2016 she graduated from the College of Management and Economics, Department of Labor Administration, University of Human Development in Sulaimani. She has been interested in painting since childhood and works in oil paintings, decorations, henna patterns for women, designing clothes, sewing Kurdish clothes and accessories and designing the cover of the Holy Quran in all colors and sizes.
She has participated in various exhibitions and activities since her studies and after graduation, with her own works in private exhibitions and also in collaboration with other women craftswomen, in private and public places such as international exhibitions, malls and parks on occasions Seasonal festivals and markets.
She has received several certificates of appreciation for her artistic works and activities in cities and towns from local and foreign organizations. She has participated in several programs, interviews and statements on TV, radio, magazines and newspapers.
She is the supervisor of the Women's Gallery for Domestic Handicrafts, which includes women's handicrafts and is available for sale in the gallery, as a help to sell the beautiful works of women craftsmen participating in the gallery and the sellers could buy from her in the Awbarik street Opposite Great Mosque Shop number 137.
She is also the supervisor of the group (Khayali Khanman) to produce some of the handicrafts of women craftsmen in Sulaimani by opening exhibitions and activities for their work and showing their handicrafts for sale, so that they feel peaceful materially and mentally and continue their work. [1]
