Cemîyeta Hêvî, yek ji wan cemîyetan e ku di destpêka salên 1900î de ji layê xwendevanên Kurd ên li Îstenbolê hatîye damezrandin. Di nav rêza endamên wê yên damezranêr de ev lawên kurd hebûn: Xelîl Xeyalî (Modkî), Qedrî Cemîlpaşa (Dîyarbekir), Fuat Temo (Wan), Zekî Efendî (Dîyarbekir) û Memduh Selîm (Wan). Cemîyeta Hêvî ya Xwendekarên Kurd, di (#09-07-1912# an) de li Îstenbolê hatîye damezrandin û Umer Cemîl Paşa muweqeten ji bo sekreterîya Cemîyeta Hêvî hatîye wezîfedarkirin. Li gorî agadarîya Qedrî Cemîl Paşa (Zinar Silopî); wî û hevalên xwe bi şîret û ronahîdarîya Xelîl Xeyalî dest bi xebata damezrandina Komela Hêvî (Komela Xwendekarên Kurd) kirine. Damezrandina Cemîyeta Hêvî û xebatên wê, gelek tesîr li ser ciwan û xwendakarên kurd kirîye.

Bi rêvebirîya Komeleya Hêvî, di sala 1913an de çar hejmarên Rojî Kurd têne weşandin. Hinek mijar û pirsgirêkên girîng di nav rûpelên vê kovarê de hatine gengeşîkirin, ku îro jî ew gengeşî berdewam dikin. Cemîyeta Hêvî, piştî damezrandinê, di çarçoveya armanca komelê de dest bi weşandina kovara Rojî Kurd dike. Rojî Kurd, ji mehê carekî bi zimanê kurdî-tirkî tête weşandin û li ser hev çar jimar hatine çapkirin û belavkirin. Jimara yekemîn a kovara Rojî Kurd, di ( #06-06-1913# ) an de hatîye çapkirin. [1]
