In his own words:
I was born on #10-10-1960# in #Sulaymaniyah# in Chwarbakh ditrict. I completed my primary education in Chwarbakh school. In 1975, I completed my secondary education in Brayati school in Sulaymaniyah. In 1980, I studied at the Institute of Fine Arts in Sulaymaniyah from 1981 to 1985, but in the last year of my study I was arrested and sentenced to 15 years in prison, but I was released in 1986 due to a general parole however I didn’t get the right to study again to finish my last year, I arrived in Norway on #22-04-1992# and received political asylum, and currently I am living in Norway.[1]
