Ibrahim Abdulkarim Zalmi was born in 1972 in Zalm village of #Khurmal# town. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of #Sulaymaniyah#. After 1991, he started writing in many magazines and newspapers. He was the chief editor of Hanaw magazine later he was the chief editor for Sociology magazine. Now he is the chief editor of Hawrman magazine. He is the head of Khurmal Student Solidarity Center. He is the director of Ahmadawa Center. He is an expert in the history of the region, and has a book under the name socioanthropology which describes the region of Khurmal.[1]
