- He was born in 1970 in Azadi village of Akhjaler district.
- He studied until the third grade in (Akhjaler, Chamchamal and Pirmam).
- He started writing in 1992 and his first article was published in the newspaper (Brayati).
- From 1998 to 2002, he was a member of the editorial board of the magazine (Peshkewtan).
- Before the end of 2002 until now (25-09-2009) he is the writing secretary of the magazine (Dangi Peshmerga).
- In addition to his own name, he also writes under the pseudonym Garmian Chnartooyi. He has published five books in Kurdistan newspapers, magazines and websites:
