He was born in 1963 in Shwan area of #Sulaymaniyah# province. In 1979 he started his Islamic activities and participated in the establishment of the Raparin Movement and the Islamic Unity Movement. He is currently a member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Union of Kurdistan.[1]
